This Week I'm Loving.....Chorizo

I have found a really yummy cooking chorizo in Fallon & Byrne, a brand called Cecina Pablo (P.S. loving F & B's new website!) . They sell it in handy vac-packs if you don't want to use it straight away. Or ask Georgie on the cheese & deli counter for loose sausages either. Sheridans cheese shop also sell them in vac pacs of 2 or 10 sausages.

They are priced per weight and my two sausages cost me just under €3 which is a bargain. I used them in a quick pasta sauce and the flavour was immense! Perfectly spicy and seductively smokey.
